Heat shrinkage TUBE

User's Guide

Heat shrinkage tube instruction manual

Insert the product into the tube and heat it using a heating device until the tube is fully retracted.
The heating device may be contracted using a torch, an oven, a heating gun, a dryer, an insulator, and an automatic heater.

  1. Step 01

    Cut the tube

The inner diameter of the TUBED is selected in consideration
of the outer diameter of the processed product.
After contraction, the cut length is selected in consideration
of the tolerance in the range of ±5%.

  2. Step 02

    Insert Processed
    Products

Check the correct position of the tube
and pay attention to the deviation.

  3. Step 03

    Heating primary

    Safety hot air section ⇒
    initial shrinkage temperature 90℃

  4. Step 04

    Heating
    secondary

Shrinkage due to hot air ⇒
    Complete shrinkage temperature 130 ℃

  5. Step 05

    cooling

    Cooling Time Compliance

  6. Step 06

    inspection

    Check whether the processed
product is fully adhered to each other.

Precautions

  • Be careful not to burn the workpiece or deform the tube if it directly touches the heat while heating at a high temperature to shrink too quickly.
  • Use in a place where appropriate ventilation is installed or where fire can be prevented.
  • The retrograde phase that occurs when the tube burns can irritate the eyes, skin, nose, or respiratory tract.
  • Tubes are heat-sensitive products that avoid direct sunlight and are stored in a cool, well-ventilated place.
  • Keep away from heat, firearm, and garden.
  • Contact technical support for additional information.
